This position will be responsible for conducting primary and secondary research to compose strategic data supported briefs to be delivered to professionals supporting student success in higher education. The Research Associate will be expected to perform extensive literature reviews along with producing custom, timely reports delivered directly to customers or published publicly to inform student success professional across the industry.
Conduct primary and secondary research to compose strategic data-supported briefs to be delivered to professionals supporting student success in higher education.
Perform extensive literature reviews to support research activities.
Develop blog and white paper content, leveraging cross institutional data to inform student success professionals within higher education.
Interact with the client success team to identify customer specific research opportunities.
Utilize data visualization tools to create reports and dashboards.
Applicants should possess strong qualitative and quantitative research skills with an ability to execute and deliver high quality, on-time research for customers.
Applicants should also be able to effectively communicate (written and verbal) technical/analytical information to a variety of interested parties at all levels.
Advanced degree in the liberal arts, sciences, or professions (MA, PhD, JD, MBA)
Experience working in a team environment, as well as independently and autonomously
Experience with solution-focused problem solving and thinking through problems creatively
Ideal candidate will have experience working with customers in a consultative role
Demonstrated experience in managing research projects and meeting deadlines
A business-oriented mindset with a comfort working in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
