We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have worked in fast paced sales and marketing organizations, have strong experience competing with, differentiating from and winning over industry competition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following
Qualifying prospective client leads and managing 7-step sales process to consistently close business
Identifying buying influences, budgets and purchasing criteria for assigned sales territory
Become a subject matter expert on Aviso Retention and what student success means to higher education to most effectively translate differentiation factors to prospective clients
Work with Sales and Engineering Leadership in response to higher education RFP’s
Engage closely with Product Experts in crafting solution demonstrations for client prospects
Accurately forecast and manage opportunistic pipeline
Draft and manage client contracting process in line with sales leadership
Closely follow and improve the existing sales process – Aviso Retention Sales & Marketing work in a constant state of improvement
Detailed tracking of prospect interactions in a CRM System (HubSpot)
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and yearly sales quota as defined by VP of Business Development
Attend 3+ trade shows annually
Support sales enablement activities, such as internal / external communications in-line with peer territory sales reps and Marketing
Territory Sales Managers will have most, if not all the following attributes
An extremely diligent, intelligent and highly organized individual with experience closing software / technology sales
Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; industry sales experience is preferred
Strong belief in structure and a disciplined approach to their day-to-day
Thrives in a demanding and competitive environment and strives for Team Wins as much as Individual Wins
Possesses and enjoys deploying superior communication and analytical skills
Eager to learn and willing to take-action in order to increase productivity
Strong desire to increase their earning potential and further their career
Aptitude to identify and solve problems to create positive momentum in Aviso’s favor
Territory Sales Manager Preferred Skillset
BS/BA in Business, Marketing or related field
3+years in the SAAS / technology industry
Strong persuasive dialogue and presentation skills
Ability to identify and champion win-win scenarios
Proven ability to work in a team and collaborate across the organization
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Google Suite is a plus
